Amit Kumar Maihan has over two decades of experience in legal practice. He is a lawyer with strong legal acumen having a wide experience in Insurance Laws with sufficient exposure in Civil Laws, Consumer Laws, Compensation Laws, Drafting and Property Laws. Maihan possesses excellent skill in Writing, Research, Communication and Executive Presentation. Industrious and meticulous, persevering yet flexible and thrives on multiple tasks. In past dealt with several issues of public importance and remained instrumental in bringing systemic changes in areas such as Compensation Laws, Road Safety, Real Estate, Telecom and Direction to Authorities from Central Information Commission & Hon’ble Delhi High Court through Public Interest Litigation. Maihan is enrolled with Bar Council since 2002. He is an associate Member of Insurance Institute of India since 2005.
